Delivery Time

At MyMy Copenhagen we aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days. International orders may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping to Denmark

We use Post Danmark for all domestic shipping free of charge regardless of volume. 

All packages over 1000,00 DKK are shipped as track able parcels. We pack up items extra thoroughly, in order to avoid shipping damages. All parcels are insured and upon receipt you are asked to check the condition of the content. If the parcel has been damaged, you must report this to Post Danmark within 3 days of receipt and return the parcel to MyMy Copenhagen.

 If you prefer delivery at an alternative address (workplace, etc.), please fill out “alternative delivery address”.

 If we are shipping to your home address and you are unable to take delivery, the parcel will be left for pick-up the nearest post office.

 International Shipping.

All parcels MyMy Copenhagen dispatch internationally are insured. International shipping is typically 5-10 working days. For orders outside of the EU, extra shipping time is to be expected.

We charge 7 Euros for shipping to Sweden.
We charge 20 Euros for shipping to Europe.
We charge 47 Euros for shipping to contries outside of Europe.  

Please note that local authorities may add additional tax and duties when shipping internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14 days full return period from the date you take delivery, including sales items. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted. Please remember to enclose a copy of the sales receipt with returned merchandise. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise and approve the return, a full refund will be deposited to your bank account as soon as possible. Funds can only be transferred to the credit card used for the original purchase. Always keep the postal receipt, proving that the merchandise has been returned. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. We offer no compensation for returned merchandise lost during shipping. As a special service we offer free return and exchange on shoe purchase. 


If your merchandise is flawed, consumer rights ensure you a 2-year complaint period, where goods can be repaired, exchanged or funds returned, depending on the individual situation. The complaint period does not apply to merchandise flaws or damages, resulting from misuse, bad maintenance, or general wear. You should file a complaint as soon as possible after noticing any problems. In case of complaints, please contact us at We refer to the general consumer law’s rules and regulations on purchases.


At MyMy Copenhagen we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.. The purchase amount will not be withdrawn until merchandise have been dispatched from MyMy Copenhagen. We will never withdraw an amount exceeding the amount approved by you.

All prices at MyMy Copenhagen are displayed in DKK and include 25% VAT. All payments are made online, including payments for pick-up merchandise.


All payments to MyMy Copenhagen are handled through an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. All purchase data is encrypted and only readable by PBS. Nor MyMy Copenhagen or others have access to your purchase information. Your personal information is 100% confidential and we guarantee your privacy.
